We strive to make our platform as accessible and usable as possible; we do this by following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) produced by W3C. WCAG is a set of checkpoints and guidelines that help ensure that websites are designed and written properly.
We takes measures to ensure the Aerogami platform is accessible for all. However, because of how the Aerogami platform operates, most of the onus is on the Aerogami client to create an accessible document delivered through the Aerogami Platform.
For example, end-users of the DigiDoc product are typically viewing a digital document designed by an Aerogami client. Ultimately, the Aerogami client is responsible for designing an accessible and usable document/DigiDoc. The Aerogami Team provides support and consultation to clients prior to their DigiDoc launch, coaching the client on how accessibility standards can be met in their document design.
We aim for AA compliance across our site and platform. We also look for opportunities to meet AAA compliance.
